Whether it was my upbringing by good parents, or my military, sports or business training, I was taught to:
1. Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
2. Speak the truth.
3. Stand up for what you believe.
4. Help those who need help.
5. Not walk past behaviour that you would not be prepared to tolerate or accept.
I will not use my second chance at life
to sit back and watch as good people are bullied, threatened and intimidated by selfish power hungry people who spend taxpayer and donated money like it was their own.
The Transplant Community has been divided by the poor treatment of recipients and donor families. It's time for something to change!
