Registering to be an organ donor is a waste of time if you don’t tell your family!

Despite millions being spent by the Australian and state governments on getting people to register, only 36% of the population have done so.

More so there are 5 million Australians who as children can not register on the national register and around 14 million who still haven't registered.

Even if you haven't registered, if you die in the right way, your family will be asked to consent to donation of your organs to save strangers.

Every donation can only happen with Next of Kin Consent where the family must decide if you will become a donor hero and save others.

So please talk about it with your family and pray they never have to be asked. At least if they are asked they they will know what you want them to say - hopefully YES.
